Omni Commercial fund will be formed to finance the identification, purchase, development, operation and disposition of properties consisting of commercial, office and retail real estate. Omni will utilize its 24 years of experience in real estate investment and development to capitalize on a diversified mix of ‘niche’ properties. The locations where these commercial office and retail developments will be developed may include, but will not limited to, North Carolina and Ohio.
Quick Fund Facts:
- The lifespan goal of the Fund assets will be three to six years
- Anticipated Fund return of 15-25%
- Annual simple preferred rate of return of nine percent (9%)
- A disciplined selling and/or refinancing strategy will be used to return capital to investors in the most financially efficient manner possible
- Omni will invest in up to 10 percent (10%) of the fund
