Thomas D. Finley

Tom Finley has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, commencing when he was working toward his undergraduate degree in finance from Walsh University. Tom complimented his curriculum by completing all related course work for the Certified Property Manager and the Builder Owner and Managers Association.

After graduating, Tom held positions at Cedarwood companies, Paran Management and the Victor S. Voinovich Company before joining Omni Realty in 1996. By this time he had actively constructed, leased and managed 25 properties totaling three million square feet across five states. Tom’s role at Omni is to see that new and existing developments are built and managed to very high standards. Currently, Tom and his team have leasing responsibility for over 530,000 square feet of the Omni portfolio of office space.
