Julie Fisher, Financial Analyst
Julie Fisher’s career in real estate development started her junior year of college when she interned for a small real estate developer in Cleveland. She had just come back from an internship abroad and was looking for a fast-paced opportunity to compliment her studies. She worked her way up to project coordinator where her responsibilities included project accounting, marketing, coordinating RFP replies, assisting in securing investors and investor relations.
Julie then decided to switch tack for a little while and became the credit and accounts receivable analyst for a steel service company. She was responsible for coordinating relations between the company and the customers to ensure that accounts were current. She also worked with the sales force to resolve any accounting disputes between their customers and the company.
Julie joined Omni in October of 2007 as their financial analyst. She is excited to be back in the fast-paced world of real estate development. Her role at Omni includes analyzing financial data for projects, helping to secure funding for their first two funds and marketing for the funds.
Julie has her BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University. She is an active member of Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group and is a member of their steering committee.
