Douglas C. Leohr

Doug has been in the real estate industry for 20 years starting while he was earning his BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Akron. After receiving his degree, Doug worked for Calabrese, Racek and Markos Commercial Real Estate Appraisal Company specializing in hotel and shopping center appraisal, development and consultation.

Doug was one of the three founding partners, along with Pat Finley and Jerry Fiume, of Pride One in 1992. Together with Pride One, Doug has developed over 2,000 single-family and cluster homes and lots within Medina, Summit and Cuyahoga Counties. Doug has previously served as President of both the Medina County Home builders association, Medina Sunrise Rotor and is currently serving as a board member of the Medina County Fund.
